So according to the opinions stated in this poll the creepypasta story titled "The Russian Sleep Experiment" is reality in the eyes of over half the participants, just because Russia?

People are just so stupid, and so Russo-phobic nowadays.
I remember when I first read that story years ago, on the Creepypasta Wiki, and I already thought it was kinda lacking quality-wise, and I of course didn't believe it for one second, it was a work of fiction right off the bat.
(I must say though the main theme, that we have a monsters living inside out heads that will slowly creep out unless regularly sedated by sleep, is fairly interesting.)
Now you're telling it's become a largely believed urban legend? Just because it's supposedly Russian? are Russians that big of monsters inside the foreign psyche? I mean a lot of the opinions stated in that poll pretty much boiled down to "I think the Russian sleep experiment is true because I expect such horrible acts from Russians.".
This is like the next Slenderman phase or something, a stupid Russo-phobic Slenderman phase.

KREEPEEPEHSTUH
I liked it better back in the day when creepypastas were internet born urban legends, and not just franchise wannabes.
And in other news:
Haven't done much on here since my last burst of activity, while I have been drawing a lot, they're mostly unfinished, but will be uploaded eventually. What I'm trying to do right now is just learning the ins and outs of Open Broadcaster Software, so I can finally carry out my plans of video streaming, and making a Youtube account. Now all I need is a good videocam.
Warhammer stuff
Anyone else miss the days when Karl Kopinski still did artwork for warhammer 40,000? He was a real inspiration for me back in the day, probably the only warhammer artist I completely liked.
He really gave his work this really unique, gritty, and real look, which I think is severely lacking in codex art nowadays, I think most codex artists borrow too much from Warhammer's fantasy themes, rather than trying to give 40k a unique, and different identity, they just make it WFB in space.
Also fuck the new stormtroopers, and fuck GW's love for fake Latin. I mean "Tempestus scions"? "Astra Militarum"? fuck that shit, they totally ruined the IG for

I don't know if it's that related but I remember reading an article about ten years ago in which Russian scientists claimed that if you needed to focus on something or solve a problem to think about it before/as you fell asleep. In essence, they said that 'sleeping on it' was a real thing. I thought that was pretty cool and that article's always stuck with me because of it. So when I saw "Russian Sleep Experiment" I immediately thought of that.
