so the only logical and possible turn of events i could imagine for such an event like this to come to pass is XENO MIND TRICKS

so here we have Eldar witchery with its powers drawn from the warp and honed with purpose by centuries of knowledge passed down from the souls of her ancestors versus cloned grey matter forged into steel by training and propaganda
