Wasn't "Tommy" slang for American soldiers, not British?

well no, but i'm a big 40K fan. Plus , the death korps are based on real life german french and dutch soldiers from ww1

well actually British troops used similar armor as the Germans. the only difference is the British had way more variety, so perhaps you're right. maybe i should've given one of the other Irtish variants

here's brewster's "Ned Kelly" design armor [link] it took a firing squad of guys [link]

here we have a very modern looking "plate carrier" design [link] [link]

here's another rather modern design [link] looks like a bomb disposal suit

Huh, I did not know that, I thought only the Germans experimented with body armour during WW1 and the Soviets with the stuff during WW2. For your Tommy design, I think the plate carrier would look the best, as well as avoiding any further confusion about Anglanders in Sappenpanzer.

And my God-Emperor that Brewster's armour looks impractical! Tough perhaps but I doubt he could get very far over the cratered mess of No Man's Land.

sorry for bothering you, but there's a lot of things I need to sort out, the cover idea was a complete failure but I'm taking one last shot and thinking over a new idea. After talking to a few contacts of mine and some BETA's, I was told to base the cover on the actual character's. Here's where it gets difficult, I need a request, it's mostly because your drawings are more suited to what I'm looking for and people reccomend you. I just need a cover with this "TOMMY" and your british officer (It's the one with the WW1 uniform and the lightning bolts coming ftom his left hand.) As`for the background, I'm not sure, but I was thinkinkg a WW1 era war, with the character's inside a trench.

This is very important to me so please reply as soon as possible, thank you.
